SC Housing offers training to our lending partners and Real Estate professionals at various locations throughout the state.  For those attending one of our sessions, you will gain valuable insight on our various loan programs and initiatives including down payment assistance offered through our network of approved Lending Partners.   Classes are FREE and each session are open to all real estate professionals and lending staff including processors, underwriters and closing    Any staff member who needs a refresher or has specific questions about our programs or process are encouraged to attend.
