One such partner is the Home Builder Association of South Carolina. At the Home Builders Association 2024 South Carolina Home Attainability Conference, SC Housing Board of Commissioners Chair Todd Latiff emphasized the importance of addressing housing attainability and the availability of housing stock. Housing attainability is an important issue that SC Housing is responding to, but with the assistance, cooperation and collaboration of our partners, the issue becomes more surmountable.
