SC Housing provides approved lending partners with current program information, training, tools, and resources to support a seamless lending process. Through Lender Online, SC Housing’s online portal, lenders can easily access these resources, stay informed, and efficiently manage their loans.

Training and Video Resources

Our Single-Family Programs team continually works to enhance our programs, products, and support for lending partners. We provide the training and tools needed to navigate every step—from loan reservation through final delivery—while remaining committed to a seamless experience and ongoing support throughout the process.

SC Housing is excited to begin offering monthly Zoom training opportunities for our lending and real estate partners. The session will provide an overview of SC Housing programs, processes, and key requirements, along with helpful resources and guidance to support successful loan submissions.

This one-hour training is designed for processors and underwriting staff who are new to SC Housing programs, as well as established lending partners looking for a refresher. The session will provide an overview of SC Housing programs, cover documentation requirements including compliance income calculations as well as provide guidance to support successful loan submissions via Lender Online.
