2026 South Carolina HTF-Housing Preservation Initiative Workshop

The SC Housing Trust Fund is offering an in-person workshop to provide training and an overview of the South Carolina Housing Trust Fund (HTF) Housing Preservation Initiative (HPI) programmatic home repair changes which went into effect July 1, 2026. The workshop will be held Wednesday, September 2, 2026, from 10:00 am - 4:30 pm at the South Carolina State Museum in the Vista Room (2nd Floor).
